I have worked with Steve O'Keefe and Eagle Build and Remodel for approx 15 years on a number of projects. Steve and his team are all professional. This last project remodel of the kitchen had been in the plans for a bit. I had a pipe burst requiring repairs in the bathroom as well as basement ceiling replacement. Steve was able to provide me direction and a quick quote. Perfect opportunity to move forward with kitchen and bathroom remodel. Steve spent the time to educated me on necessary steps and timeline from picking out cabinets, appliances, faucets, lighting and painting. We also refinished the hardwood floors throughout the house (a disrupting job in itself). Steve assisted me in locating a storage unit, had some of his team move furniture into/out of the unit. I couldn't be more pleased with the work that has been completed. Already discussing next project.

I have used Steve and Eagle Build and Remodel for multiple projects at my home for almost 20 years! Within the last year he resided two dormers, added new mahogany decking and posts to a farmers porch ( he did the same for another porch 19 years ago) and most recently replaced our roof, consisting of a flat rubber section along with a large area of asphalt shingles. The roof was completed in one day even though we thought it could take 2-3 due to the different surfaces! I would not hesitate to use Eagle for any construction project. They are always professional, neat, on time, and very competitive with pricing!

Eagle Build and Remodel did a great job replacing our 20 year old asphalt shingle roof.Steve was excellent to work with and everything went as planned. From start to finish he was very responsive and did everything he said he would do. We are very happy with our new roof and would definitely use them again in the future.

We are very happy with the services provided by Eagle. Steve, the owner, was very personable and trust worthy. He showed up to supervise the work multiple times each day and completed the work in a timely manner with his team. Communication was easy and the work was done up to code with the required inspections completed on time. Roof was completed in one day, and the deck took only 5 working days.

We had quite a few quotes with a large range of prices. Steve came in on the lower end. He was will to work the quote. He was able to get us the product that was right for us at a price we were comfortable with. He was very responsive through the whole process. They were prompt and professional and got the job done in the time frames quoted. Cleaned up after themselves. I would and have recommended Eagle to friends.

I reached out to Steve last fall to get a quote to reside my house, along with replacing both the front farmers porch and back porch. I found Eagle Build & Remodel through Angie's list; they had so many good reviews I figured why not. Steve came out and took pictures and measurements and I just knew upon meeting him that he was someone I could trust, he answered all my questions and concerns and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process, the quote he gave me was super reasonable for all the work I was having done. His crew came in April to start the project and everything was finished by the beginning of June. The guys did an amazing job; they arrived early everyday before I left for work and were usually still working when I came home, finishing everything a head of schedule.

We hired Eagle Build to install a new roof on our hip roof colonial. Steve at Eagle was very professional from the start and we chose Eagle over several others that we considered. We were not disappointed. Eagle quoted a very fair price and then followed through on execution.

I'm very impressed with Steve's problem solving skills. I needed a repair done and he was the only one of the 5 roofers I consulted who was willing and able to do the repair and not just recommend a whole new roof. I felt that Steve was knowledgeable and honest.
